Surviving domestic abuse Domestic abuse called domestic violence, it is behavior using by one person to another in a relationship to control the other. There are many types of abuse: Physical, Emotional/Verbal, Sexual or Financial. - Physical Abuse: intentional and unwanted physical contact, sometimes cause obvious signs of physical harm as broken bones or bruising or scratches. - Emotional and Verbal Abuse: involves using words or emotions to control someone. Can used by partner to harm or other pets. - Sexual Abuse: Someone pressures other person to perform sexual acts they do not want to perform. Can involved physical force, or can take verbal pressure or threats. - Financial Abuse: involves someone exercising control over another's finances in order to control the other person's behavior. Obsessions and Compulsions disoder OCD (Obsessions and Compulsions disorder) are unwanted thoughts that keep coming back and we cannot stop it, OCD carried certain behaviors as cheking, ordering) over and over again. The individual feel must carry some unwanted behaviors most of time are stressful and distressing. This behaviors accompanied by anxiety, feeling shame, guilt and disgust. There are some common of obsessions and compulsions:  - Obsessions: worring about dirt and germs, worring about hurting people or bieng hurt, thinking about doing something wrong, worring about something will happened, worring about offending God, unwanted sexual thoughts, wanting things to be in a particular order, having magical thoughts or superstitions. - Compulsions: checking things over and over again, counting, touching, tapping and rubbing things, re-reading or re-writing things, repeating and re-doing things, wasting and cleaning.
