Obsessions and Compulsions disoder

OCD (Obsessions and Compulsions disorder) are unwanted thoughts that keep coming back and we cannot stop it, OCD carried certain behaviors as cheking, ordering) over and over again. The individual feel must carry some unwanted behaviors most of time are stressful and distressing. This behaviors accompanied by anxiety, feeling shame, guilt and disgust. There are some common of obsessions and compulsions: 
- Obsessions: worring about dirt and germs, worring about hurting people or bieng hurt, thinking about doing something wrong, worring about something will happened, worring about offending God, unwanted sexual thoughts, wanting things to be in a particular order, having magical thoughts or superstitions.
- Compulsions: checking things over and over again, counting, touching, tapping and rubbing things, re-reading or re-writing things, repeating and re-doing things, wasting and cleaning.
The treatment of OCD include certain medications using it with cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT) is based on how we feel affected by how we think and behave. The best things it was learing how we can manage our good thoughts and using it by doing things(behavior) hiw thinking differently by doing another things, may a person being up set or worried about but CBT may using our thoughts and behaviors to help feeling better.
OCD make people worried all time it was unpleasant and anxious, which want to do something to stop it but only short-term and after feeling as we need to do more compulsions to feel better. The most dangerous feeling like it with OCD is anxiety as feeling fear, worry, apprehension accompanied with thoughts and physical sensations as (rapid heart beat, quick breathing, tense muscles, shaking, upset stomach, sweating, headaches, dry mouth). Anxiety is helpful feeling protects us from harm. Sometimes is unhelpful when there is no real danger. The alarm can be triggered at the wrong time.
Thinking that you are responsible when somethings happen to yourself or to someone especially preventing bad things.
Having over-importance thoughts as believing that you are bad, crazy, dangerous person. Or linking to be perfect. It means that you are spending a longtime trying to get things absolutely right. Trying to control events in your life by doing things 100% perfect if you are not done things perfectly, you felt as a failure.
Changing unhelpful thoughts by helpful thoughts and putting your thoughts on trial then you will see that is no evidence for the things OCD is making you believe and you need to judge for evidence OCD thoughts are actually true.
